I have a diverse professional background in healthcare and government public service which include roles as a medical transcriptionist, sterilization technician, and administrative assistant. I gained high attention to detail, an ability to manage complex workflows, and a strong level of accuracy and compliance. Now, as a gradute full-stack developer looking to jumpstart my tech career, I will apply these skills to building reliable, user-focused applications while continuing to grow in the tech industry.

Bert

Bert is my curious, food-loving feline who charms everyone he meets. It's hard to say no when he politely requests meals, treats, or playtime. He loves to help me code by laying on my keyboard. He also enjoys playing with his crinkly pom-poms. Bert loves to interrupt meetings with his voice, and he is always the centre of my world.

Aspen

Forever in Our Hearts (2013–2024) 🕊️

Aspen lived life on his terms. He was small in size but fiercely independent. A timid soul, brave in his own quiet way, he faced the world (and everything that scared him) with a determination. He always asked me to share my food, adored the sound of crinkly toys, and never missed a chance to chase the laser. Cuddles were on his schedule, not mine. Even in his final days, he fought hard with quiet strength. One of my favorite things about him was watching his tail gently sway with every bite he took.

Aspen's nose print lives on in my logo. A loving reminder of his place in everything I build.

Beach

A detailed 3D beach model created using Blender, following a step-by-step YouTube tutorial. The model features realistic sand texture, ocean waves, and beachside elements like a chair, palm trees, and a starfish. It showcases my skills in 3D modeling, environmental design, and rendering. The project highlights the process of building a beach scene from scratch, incorporating techniques such as texture mapping, lighting, and animation to create a lifelike coastal environment.

Medi-Term Dictionary App

A mobile app built with Flutter and Dart for both iOS and Android. Users can easily look up medical terminology using the Merriam-Webster Medical Dictionary API. The app features Firebase authentication for secure login, user registration, and real-time data syncing. Users can bookmark their favorite terms, view definitions, and hear pronunciations of words for better understanding.

MudBlazor Sales and Returns

A sales and returns management system with user authentication built with MudBlazor. Managers can access and manage both sales and returns, while salespeople can process sales but require manager approval for returns. Data is securely stored in a SQL Server database, and the app uses ASP.NET user authentication for role-based access control.

The Plant Emporium

A mock e-commerce website for The Plant Emporium, designed in Figma and built with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Stripe.js, and Firebase Realtime Database. The site showcases a modern UI and allows users to browse plants and complete mock transactions using realistic product data from Mockaroo. It features dynamic inventory management—when a plant's quantity reaches zero, an out-of-stock banner is displayed. The app is currently live on Vercel as a functional demo.
